Singapore Deep-Tech Alliance (SDTA) is an Enterprise Singapore-backed venture builder and investor that partners founders to rapidly build, validate, and scale ClimateTech startups from technologies aimed at engineering sustainability in the Energy, Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Semiconductor industries through a public-private partnership with Corporates, Investors, Research Institutions, and Government and Regulatory Agencies.

The Role

The ideal candidate is a dynamic and entrepreneurial-minded individual who has experience within both multinationals and the startup ecosystem alike. The successful candidate shall join our team in building impactful companies towards environmental sustainability in a fast-moving environment.


The candidate will:

  • Support the Programme Director with programme design, founder selection, coaching, guiding, and facilitating of internal and external venture teams in a structured and organised manner;
  • Deliver all content with high quality and speed
  • Leads EIR (entrepreneur-in-residence) coaching sessions as well as actively support venture teams with material contribution to their business growth through knowledge, network and resources
  • Conducts weekly 1-on-1s with venture teams to ensure venture teams are on track and are following programme milestones diligently
  • Take full responsibility to support each venture’s journey from founder matchmaking to seed funding
  • Joins community, networking and/or innovation-related events to build up the SDTA brand through external engagements 
  • Contributes to building Singapore's thriving and connected innovation ecosystem

  • Like reaching out to peers, both in-person and remotely, and cooperating with supervisors
  • Ideally has experience in client-facing roles in either startups or large corporate environments
  • with at least two years of experience in go-to-market and/or project management
  • The ideal candidate has a bachelor degree related to business or innovation management
  • The ideal candidate has an understanding of innovation methodologies and practices such as: lean startup, customer discovery and development, pitching, (rapid) prototyping
