Job Description
As a Media Executive specializing in Digital Media Operations at Zenith Singapore, you will play a pivotal role in driving the operational aspects of digital marketing campaigns for our clients. Collaborating closely with senior team members, you will execute digital campaigns with precision, manage campaign logistics, and contribute to strategic digital media plans. This role offers an exciting opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic realm of digital and integrated media operations, working across diverse clients and utilizing cutting-edge technologies.
Expectations of a Media Executive:
Campaign Execution and Management: Execute digital marketing campaigns across various platforms, focusing on meticulous implementation and adherence to established operational workflows.Coordinate with relevant stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of campaign assets and materials.Monitor campaign execution to ensure flawless implementation and troubleshoot any operational issues that arise.Have clear understanding of basic cost structure, campaign set-up process & way of buying ad space for different channels - digital (social, programmatic, search, mobile, etc.), print, TV, OOH, radio Logistics and Coordination: Oversee the logistical aspects of campaigns, including scheduling, budget tracking, and resource allocation.Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure all operational elements are aligned for campaign success.Maintain clear documentation of campaign processes and workflows. Data Insights and Reporting: Develop expertise in media, technology & research tools & platformsAnalyze and monitor operational data to ensure campaign timeliness, optimized pacing, and to derive insights into campaign efficiency and effectiveness.Prepare regular reports that outline operational performance, identify trends, and propose optimization strategies.Utilize data-driven insights to improve operational processes and enhance campaign outcomes. Strategic Support: Assist in the development of operational strategies that align with overarching media plans.Contribute innovative ideas for enhancing operational efficiency and streamlining processes.Collaborate with senior members of the team to implement operational aspects of comprehensive digital media strategies. Client Collaboration: Engage with clients to understand their operational requirements and align campaign execution accordingly.Collaborate with clients to address any operational concerns and provide status updates as needed.Maintain clear and professional communication to ensure client satisfaction. Digital Trends and Tools: Stay informed about the latest digital media trends, operational tools, and technologies.Identify emerging operational platforms and tools that can elevate campaign execution and efficiency.Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. 1 year of Media Experience, Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are welcome to apply Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and operational processes. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage operational intricacies, and work within tight timelines Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Ability to manage multiple operational tasks in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with digital analytics tools and operational platforms is advantageous. Enthusiasm for digital media operations and a keen willingness to learn and grow in this field.
