POSITION SUMMARY
To create and maintain a long-term relationship with the customers in order to achieve sales goals Represent the Brand in a positive manner while ensuring recurring business Responsible for assisting customers with choices, assist and provide information about the product in question Foster a positive, engaging and ethical working environment
KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES
PT Retail Associate:
Support day-to-day retail operations as a Brand Ambassador Keep abreast of product knowledge, sales & customer service whilst providing excellent WOW service experience to customers Work with the Manager to best handle customer complaintsPT Cashier:
Perform cashiering duties and various payment transactions in-store Achieve accuracy in handling cash processing and credit transactions in the retail outlet and complying void bills as per SOPs Inventory integrityPT Sales Support Associate:
Support Back of House’s inventory/ stock movement Support day-to-day retail operations Can be assigned to sales floor / processing and replenishment / floorset activities
OTHERS
Monday – Thursday: $14 per hour, Friday – Sunday: $16 per hour Maximum working hours: up to 35 hours per week (depending on business needs inclusive weekends) 3 months renewable contractWe have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
