PRIMARY FUNCTION

Assist and work closely with Senior Marketing Manager (SMM) to develop and execute key Skincare marketing, promotional and digital strategies in accordance with brand guidelines to ensure overall brand objectives are met. Provide support to internal stakeholders in execution of product launches for both online and offline promotions.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1) Product Marketing Launches (80%)

·Collaborate closely with VM, Integrated Marketing, Sales, Education teams and external agencies on planning and execution of Skincare launches/re-promote campaigns across all TR APAC Markets

Support full fledge translations for new product launches and ongoing needs

·Offline collateral management, ordering, design and production to support instore communication with consumers.

Track specific marketing expenses to ensure spending within budget. Preparation of launch recap reports: including sales performance, learnings, and best practices.

2) Others (20%)

·Support seasonal Sales Cycle Meeting preparation

·Support ad-hoc New Product Launch and ongoing in-market deployment


Qualifications

1)University degree, preferably in Business/Marketing

2)Working experience in Marketing, preferably within the beauty industry.

3)Experience in digital and social marketing for China Market and Travel Retail is an added advantage.

4)Proficiency in Chinese is a must (both oral and written).

5)Possess learning agility to be able to work under a dynamic and fast-paced environment

6)Creative, self-motivated and displays initiative.

7)Good communication and interpersonal skills.

8)Eye for detail and understanding of beauty/fashion trends

9)Essential computer skills – PowerPoint, Word, Excel. Working knowledge of SAP and Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator/InDesign
