Client Success Strategist

As a Client Success Strategist, you will combine your industry expertise with your knowledge of Similarweb’s solutions, to drive continuous value. You will partner with strategic sales managers and account managers to develop and execute strategies that focus on using Similarweb data to solve for a specific customer need.
So, what will you be doing all day?
Your role as part of the APAC Strategic Podmeans your daily responsibilities may include:
Be the primary point of contact for all users on your assigned accountsAct as a trusted partner and advisor to customers, providing guidance and support throughout their journey with the Similarweb platformIdentify and mitigate account churn risks, implementing proactive measures to retain customers and enhance their experienceManage and expand long-term customer relationships, conduct multi-threading and ensure account longevity and renewalsUncovering and identifying upsell opportunities during the customer’s lifecycleDevelop strong subject matter expertise across all Similarweb products and offeringEnsure our Strategic clients are engaged with us and understand the value on how our solutions can bring them towards achieving their business goalsRequirements:
Has at least 5+ years of relevant consulting experience for clients in the following industries: CPG, Retail/FMCG, Financial services, B2B payments or logistics, Publishers & MediaPrevious experience in managing multiple senior level stakeholders in large organizations is a plusUnderstands SaaS delivery metrics, in-depth knowledge in digital marketing and emerging trends in the digital landscapeDemonstrates the ability to produce high quality client-facing materials and collaterals that drive resultsIs highly skilled in Excel/ Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google slidesExhibits strong problem solving and critical thinking skillsCan manage multiple fast-paced, deadline-driven projectsWhy you’ll love being a Similarwebber:
