As a Client Success Strategist, you'll be using your industry knowledge and expertise in Similarweb's solutions to deliver continuous value. You'll team up with strategic sales and account managers to come up with strategies that use Similarweb data to address specific customer needs.

Being part of the APAC Strategic Pod, your daily duties could involve:

  • Being the main contact for all users on your assigned accounts
  • Acting as a trusted partner and advisor to customers, offering guidance and support throughout their Similarweb journey
  • Spotting and managing account churn risks, taking preemptive steps to retain customers and enhance their experience
  • Nurturing and growing long-term customer relationships, conducting multi-threading and ensuring account longevity and renewals
  • Identifying potential upsell opportunities during the customer's lifecycle
  • Developing expertise across all Similarweb products and offerings
  • Ensuring our Strategic clients are actively engaged with us and grasp the value of how our solutions can aid them in reaching their business goals

What's needed from you:

  • Minimum of 5+ years of relevant consulting experience for clients in industries like CPG, Retail/FMCG, Financial services, B2B payments or logistics, Publishers & Media
  • Prior experience in managing multiple senior level stakeholders in large organizations is a bonus
  • Understanding of SaaS delivery metrics, deep knowledge in digital marketing, and awareness of emerging trends in the digital landscape
  • Ability to create high-quality client-facing materials and collaterals that drive results
  • Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets and Powerpoint/Google slides
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Managing multiple fast-paced, deadline-driven projects
  • Native Chinese speaker
