We focus on showcasing the talents of our special artists and provide jobs for differently abled individuals. We are looking for highly passionate, driven and enterprising persons to be part of our dynamic team to impact more lives.
We’re seeking a Business Operations Intern to support us with various tasks in the areas of our business operations, artworks and sales. You will have the opportunity to gain valuable experience in running a business while working alongside a passionate team committed to driving positive change through art. Additionally as The Art Faculty is an inclusive team, you’ll also have the chance to learn to work alongside special needs individuals.
The ideal candidate should possess a warm and pleasant disposition and detail-oriented.
Key responsibilities:
Marketing and Outreach: Contribute to marketing campaigns and outreach efforts to expand our audience and engage with the community, including coordinating events and exhibitions.
Support Artistic Operations: Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of our art studio and gallery, ensuring a smooth workflow and exceptional customer experience.
Customer Relations: Interact with customers, partners, and stakeholders to provide support, gather feedback, and build meaningful relationships.
Inventory & Logistics Management: Support logistics operations, including shipping, receiving, and fulfillment processes, to ensure timely delivery of orders and artwork to customers and partners.
Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on merchandise to maintain high standards of craftsmanship and customer satisfaction.
Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to the team, including organizing files, and handling correspondence to ensure efficient workflow and communication.
Requirements
Strong passion and drive suited for a fast-paced environment. Relevant experience will be an advantage. Good learning attitude Team player and positive mindset.Duration: 5 to 6 Months
