Main responsibilities
Be an particular domain expert and respective integration expert in terms of system logic, data flow and data quality Drive, steer and facilitate vendor e.g. external ITC, developers, release manager and scrum master to follow Mercedes-Benz development guideline, IT security guideline as well as Data protection and privacy guideline Perform administration work in line with client ‘s IAM, GEMS, CIAM, and other tools to support application development, testing and go-live Work closely with relevant BU Product Owners to ensure that blueprint business processes are followed (as opposed to customizing IT solutions) Clarify and analyze requirements from a technical point of view and bridge business requirements into technical requirements, business blueprint into system blueprint, customization of market legal requirements as well as identification and definition of integrations with global and/or regional systems Match the requirements with system design and relay back to the product development teams in a clear and structured way to enable them to develop accordingly Govern the conceptual design by ITC and system design from development team Check coding and review the design/solutions to ensure the quality and that solutions are configurable as opposed to being hard-coded Work closely with the Solutions Architect to initiate new architect solution or revamp the existing architect solutions, ensure that solutions at all times adhere to guideline and industry best practices, compose technical user stories/tasks based on defined solutions and by following security guideline or mitigation proposal proactively or actively and ensure this kind of user stories/tasks implemented on time Participate in PI and IP and commit to Agile Release Train to assess demands critically in the context of business value – i.e. evaluate the business case of each change requested, and agree with BU Product owner to approve or decline, and prioritize accordingly as well as to collaborate with BU Production owner to obtain business use cases and translate business use cases into proper system end to end test cases/scenarios Participate in and contribute to all SCRUM events especially Grooming, Review and Retrospective Own and steer the demand process in close collaborate with the BU Product Owners or Project Management Officer or Change Approval Board Govern and drive QA for automation and ensure the quality of system integration testing in line with agreed scope in quality on time Prepare and structure the user acceptance test and support UAT and go-live hyper care Actively participate in relevant workshops and meetings, and conduct GAP analysis together with relevant Product Owners Create relevant artefacts as required during the agile development process Ensure that user stories are sufficiently detailed to enable as-fast-as-possible development processes Active participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, scrum sessions, sprint reviews etc.) Manage stakeholder expectations Work closely with other integration APP ITC and Owner to have certain understanding level of other applications, to ensure the proper management of dependency, to master end to end system logic and data flow in connection with business blueprint and demands, to coordinate deployments of each low environment and production deployment by following agreed ART, to track development progress and guarantee the complete and compatible deployment with dependency validation within the team and cross functional teams as well as to support release manager to draft release notes Proactively ensure continuous improvement Provide consultancy of system blueprint, logic, data flow, data expectation and data impact on business operation to rollout team Be able to sense the critical topics from rollout, markets and other stakeholders and proactively address to the topics with proposal accordingly such as getting rollout timeline and roadmap, aligning timeline with Product Owner, Rollout team and PMO about the feasibility of potential new blueprint demands and local demands, actively clarifying with rollout team and PMO for any uncertainties as well as providing consultancy of system logic to rollout markets
Qualifications

Education & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree Information Technology / Computer Science / Software Engineering
- 3+ years’ experience working in software development projects a significant part of which in an IT / Business consultant role
- Proven track record in developing and implementing digital projects
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Experience within automotive field of business preferred

Functional Competencies:
- Previous technical consultant / solution consultant experience is mandatory; preferably in the automobile industry
- Experience in rolling out one or more products into multiple markets; according to customizable blueprint solutions
- Prior experience on applications that have Salesforce / other CRM integrations would be beneficial
- Prior experience on applications that interface with multiple downstream / upstream systems for data
- Intermediate level scripting skills required – e.g. power-shell scripts
- Strong understanding of API architecture, request payloads and response payloads – e.g. JSON.
- Strong understanding of micro-services driven development, applications, message bus architecture – e.g. Docker, Kubernetes, Azure, Kafka, Cloud Knowledge and experience
- Strong technical understanding to do high level feasibility analysis on new features for the products
- Intermediate level skills required on Linux, Windows, Docker
- Ability to understand infrastructure topics and support the team on interface and connectivity topics
- Hands-on experience with Postman to automate API calls for other interfaces, and to gauge 3rd party APIs
- Good to have exposure regarding coding (.net CORE, React) to support developers on conceptual level
- Knowledge of related trends such as DevOps, performance Engineering, Containers (Docker) etc.
- Familiar with the Atlassian Toolchain specifically JIRA and Confluence
- Master testing automation e.g. Tosca in certain level
- Have strong adaptability for Agile SAFe working environment and being resilient in project management and rollout management
