Lead Data Analyst II

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data analytics and modeling, as well as the ability to lead Data Engineering and Data Visualization projects. As the Lead Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making, optimizing business processes, and providing insights to support strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Lead and manage Data Engineering and Data Visualization projects from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables within specified timelines.Understand the business needs to create leading KPI’s with relevant report and interactive dashboards.Be the regional lead responsible for global projects supporting AI rollout.Utilize advanced data analytics techniques to uncover patterns, trends, and insights from large and complex datasets.Develop and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical methods to support business objectives.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements, define metrics, and establish data collection processes.Perform data cleansing, validation, and transformation to ensure accuracy and integrity of data.Design and develop interactive data visualizations and dashboards to effectively communicate findings and insights to stakeholders.Mentor and provide guidance to junior data analysts, promoting a culture of continuous learning and development.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and techniques in data analytics and modeling.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a quantitative field such as Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred.Proven experience as a Data Analyst, with a focus on data analytics and modeling.Strong proficiency in programming languages such as Python, as well as SQL.Expertise in statistical analysis, data mining, and predictive modeling techniques.Solid understanding of Data Engineering principles and experience with data preparation, integration, and ETL processes.Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Power BI, or similar.Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills, with the ability to extract insights from complex datasets.Strong communication and leadership abilities, with experience leading and managing projects.
