Job Description

The Associate Director for GTM Programmes will be responsible for developing and executing go-to-market campaigns for sectors of focus and priority accounts. This role will report into the Head of GTM Strategy in C&M and work closely with the business leadership stakeholders from functions, sectors and alliances to operationalise strategic pursuits and manage GTM campaigns that align with the firm's Visions of Future objectives, in collaboration with the rest of the C&M functions. The successful candidate will leverage their deep understanding of CRM tools, market dynamics, client needs, firm's internal structure and culture, and competitive landscape to enhance the firm's market position.

Key Responsibilities:
GTM Campaign Development:
Develop comprehensive go-to-market campaigns for key sectors and priority accounts.
Collaborate with senior leadership from C&M and functions and sectors to align GTM initiatives with the firm's strategic goals.
Leverage market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
Formulate actionable plans to penetrate new markets and expand existing ones.
Leverage client insights to inform GTM strategies.

Sector Programme/Account Management:
Lead the design and implementation of strategic marketing Campaigns for sectors of focus and priority accounts, at the top of the funnel from Awareness to Interest stages.
Work with C&M GTM Lead as well as the Client Lead Partners and account managers to drive and facilitate account planning and account management activities for firm's top tier accounts
Ensure programmes are aligned with the firm's business objectives and client needs.
Monitor and report on the progress of programmes, ensuring milestones are met.

Integrated Campaign Development:
Design campaigns by developing tailored value propositions for priority accounts.
Engage with client relationship owners to understand their needs and help to position the firm as a trusted advisor.
Track and manage the Campaign pipeline, ensuring a steady flow of opportunities and produce fortnightly report card on campaign performance across the firm.

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in GTM strategy, account management, or strategic pursuits, preferably within a Big 4 firm or a similar professional services environment in Singapore. Proven track record of developing and executing successful GTM strategies. Strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and client needs. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to think strategically and act operationally. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Competencies:
