Assistant Manager (Finance)

[What you will be working on]

Assist to manage student finance related operations including month end account closing, billing related functions Liaise and work closely with internal and external stakeholders on financial operation including:Prepare and provide financial reportsCollaborate in projects related to areas of budgeting, cost recoveries and preparation of profit & loss statementsLiaise and work closely with auditors Work closely with system support on system related matters and perform user acceptance testings Ensure compliance to policies and procedures for student finance operations Review existing Financial Policies and Procedures and propose updates when appropriate Carry out other administrative tasks, duties or ad-hoc projects as assigned

[What we are looking for]

At least 5 years’ working experience in accounting services Past experience in educational sector (polytechnics and local universities) preferred Possesses good communication skills (written and spoken)  Driven, motivated and inquisitive Good analytical and time management skills with problem-solving ability Able to work collaboratively with the users and lead team members in meeting deadline
