But we are just getting started We have much room for improvement and many ideas that will further shape the industry.Housed within our Last Mile team, this Intern will be involved in boosting the recruitment capabilities in last mile drivers.

Responsibilities

Canvassing for potential leads via leads generation systems; qualifying of leads and communicating qualified leads to operations teams  Reaching out and following up on potential leads for subcontractors Generation of key documents as required by department management  Identify and process potential process abuses, non-compliance to SOPs and adherence to service standards Management of internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to customer service, shipper support, sales support, staff fleet personnel and all other relevant parties 

Requirements

Open to students looking at both full / part-time internship. Credit bearing internships are welcomed Outstanding verbal and written communication skills Ability to problem solve by rationally breaking down problems and conceptualizing solutions Highly motivated and willing to learn Can-do attitude Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
