YOUR NEW ROLE

In this newly created role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for the APAC region, playing a key role in finding and attracting top talent into the business, and establishing LivaNova as an employer of choice.

You will be a true expert in your field, leveraging your regional market knowledge and network to define attraction and sourcing strategies, whilst creating pipelines of candidates to meet business demands in a timely and proactive manner.

Responsibilities will include:

Manage full cycle recruiting for multiple searches across APAC including (China, Japan, Singapore, Australia, India, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Thailand) Create tailored and innovative sourcing strategies to bring the best talent to each role. Develop and execute fully comprehensive sourcing plans, analysing requirements to determine target profile needs and matches. Collaborate closely with TA leader, regional HR Director and local HR teams to innovate LivaNova’s search strategy and approach to market. Build talent pipelines and manage pipeline activity, maintaining data integrity, and proactively sharing data-centric updates with internal stakeholders. Act as a true business partner to hiring managers throughout the recruiting process to ensure hiring needs are met, whilst awareness around market trends is raised and expectations around requirements are managed appropriately. Own recruitment process for all roles, taking accountability for every step, including sourcing, CV screening, telephone/video screening, interview arrangements, face-to-face interview support, offer management, and all the related admin tasks. Take pride in delivering best-in-class experience for both candidates and hiring managers. Drive and/or participate in key employer branding and attraction initiatives for the APAC markets, including job fairs, social media presence and campaigns, career days, school partnerships, technical schools, universities, etc… Provide management with regular reporting around vacancies status and trends, ensuring data accuracy and clarity in the narrative. Managing the relationships with external recruitment agencies throughout the recruitment process, whenever involvement of external parties is required. Specifically, act as the main point of contact for both agencies and hiring managers, collecting agency CVs and sharing them with hiring managers, ensuring contracts with both agencies and agency workers are in place and signed by both parties, and raising PRs/POs for all agency hires to ensure invoices are getting processed in a timely manner. Represent APAC at all global TA discussions and reviews.

ABOUT YOU

Extensive recruiting experience across APAC markets, gained within either an agency or in-house environment, combined with strong awareness of market trends Solid knowledge of sourcing channels and recruitment best practices Proven sourcing capabilities, combined with the drive and determination to be creative in finding solutions to attract candidates for hard-to-fill roles in a highly competitive and niche market Familiarity with recruitment technology (CRM and ATS) and social media platforms. Workday and Phenom experience is an advantage. Previous experience running social media and digital campaigns highly beneficial Confidence in partnering and influencing stakeholders at all levels, with the ability to build relationships and drive meaningful conversations through data Good communication and story-telling skills, with the ability to engage candidates and hiring managers alike A working knowledge of current employment laws and legislations relevant to recruitment in the assigned geographies A proactive and delivery-focussed self-starter, with a proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks and requirements, whilst maintaining accuracy and compliance Fluency in English and Chinese is essential Recruiting experience in healthcare is an advantage
