Job ResponsibilitiesEmployer Branding
- Evaluate current employer branding position and suggest how we can improve our brand overall
- Support in local government Tripartite Standards of Recruitment Practices project
Campus Recruitment
- Organize university site tours in Skyworks manufacturing plant
- Participate in campus recruitment fairs
- Support in consolidating campus events from different schools (FY23)
- Support in administration for internship
Process Improvement
- Involve in process improvements of our current TA workflow and aligned with cross HR functions
- Review format of preparing and compiling of recruitment metrics
Other strategic Talent Acquisition initiatives: -
- Analyze, plan, recruit, hire, onboard and convert top intern talent as early talent identification and pipelining
- Support strategic talent-mapping, market research projects and deliver insights to business leaders to support business growth.
- Partner with HRBPs and Business leaders to align, design and deliver differentiated engagement and hiring programs for interns and graduates
- Collaborate with Recruiting and engage with Fresh Graduate University Program community to understand current and future workforce requirements
- Engage and participate in global recruiting community on exchanging successful methodologies for university relations
- Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, HR, or Marketing
- Detail-oriented and proficient in MS office
- Inquisitive mind with strong communication, coordination and follow-up skills.
- Strong Team player
- Ability to work with multi-cultural and cross-functional teams
- Self-driven and takes the initiative with an ability to achieve results
- Ability to manage all levels of stakeholders (e.g. Engineers, Managers, Department Heads etc.)
- Ability to multi-task, and willing to manage recruitment documentation
- Highly driven individual who is able to work independently.
