About This Role
This role is part of the CTO Office in the Product Engineering department which is responsible for driving high-priority department-wide projects and initiatives that will shape the organisation’s growth. This role is based in Singapore. We are looking for a highly self-motivated, self-starter individual who collaborates well with others and thrives in a fast paced environment. The role is cross-functional and will involve close collaboration across different Product Engineering teams and stakeholders from outside the department to bring initiatives to fruition.Why This Role Is Unique

Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Supporting the CTO Office to drive various finance and procurement related activities and business process improvement initiatives Ensuring upkeep of critical contract-related databases and dashboards to support analysis and decision making Vendor and Contract Management: Manage strategic contract agreements, resource databases and develop strong relationships with key vendors to achieve maximum Return-On-Investment Engaging with Product Engineering stakeholders so processes run seamlessly and to ensure alignment and success of your initiatives Ad-hoc projects eg. support grant/award application and reporting processesWe Are Looking For Individuals Who Have / Are…
Bachelor's Degree in any disciplineHave at least 6 years of relevant experience in Procurement / Finance , and are comfortable and effective working within a fast-paced and competitive environmentStrong stakeholder management skills with good negotiation skills Plans and organizes well, with the ability to follow up and through on projects and tasksDemonstrated track record of effectively managing high workloads and delivering consistent resultsAdept at problem-solving and adaptable to situations, including being able to identify issues and escalate them in a timely mannerMeticulous and detail oriented, completing projects and tasks with high accuracyA team player with a passion to improve operational efficiencyGood verbal and written communication skillsKeen, fast learners and self-motivated individuals who possess strong work ownershipWho You’ll Work With
