You are part of a team that strategises, designs, and delivers interventions, programmes and initiatives in Leadership Development, Organisation Development, and Digital Future Skills Development, to build a high-performing organisation with effective teams and engaged employees.

Key responsibilities include:

Design Leadership Development Programmes/initiatives. Engage Senior Management, and internal stakeholders at all levels to deliver leadership development and organisation development initiatives, as well as activities/programmes in line with needs and priorities at organisation-level, division-level and individual-level.

Design Engagement & Intervention Strategies. Plan, develop and execute cascade and sharing sessions, leaders’ fireside chats, and/ or effective interventions and initiatives to address organisation’s needs and priorities. Design, plan, develop, and execute internal impactful staff communications and engagement campaigns, initiatives, and events, to build desired organisation culture, strengthen staff engagement to the organisation, and instil pride in organisation. This will include the related content and delivery in the form of dialogue sessions, video clips, programme prospectus, EDMs, and/or corporate collaterals for staff.

Stakeholder Management. Work with internal stakeholders, external partners, consultants, vendors, and/or training providers to contextualise, and/or customise solutions to meet IMDA’s specific needs at organisation-level, and division-level in leadership development and/or organisation development.

Business transformation. Drive business transformation of processes/systems to improve support to IMDA officers (e.g. design thinking and process improvement)

Requirements

At least 2 to 3 years of relevant working experience, where prior experience in these areas is preferred: leadership development, organisation development, human resource development.

Strong in designing, planning and executing communications and engagement collaterals, campaigns, and/or events, and proficient in the management and use of digital communications and social network platforms.

Possess good communications, people, analytical, project management, and event management skills, and a strong interest in progressive practices and trends.

Comfortable in public speaking, and facilitating group discussions.

Proactive, innovative, meticulous, resourceful, empathetic and resilient.

A proven track record of being both a strong individual contributor, and a team player.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship and/ or temporary work experience are welcome to apply.

Position offered will be commensurate with experience.
