The purpose of the role is to provide business development, marketing and account servicing support and work with the sales lead hand in hand to nurture relations with key accounts and fulfil their business objectives through the agreed campaign entitlements.
Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day client interactions Manage client expectations and deliverables Advise clients on best ways to integrate media into their advertising and marketing programs Participate and lead, if appropriate, face to face client and vendor meetings Build positive relationships with internal and external teams Assist sales lead in growing business opportunities within current clients Responsible for informing team/client of new opportunities or issues Assess problems and concerns in a systematic, logical and rational manner Proactively resolve issues, know when to and to whom to escalate Manage multiple deliverables and ability to seamlessly transition among them in a timely and efficient mannerAssists in the development of media/digital presentations and tactical POVs, as needed Develop client reports that are clear, compelling and persuasive Ensure key information is provided to team regarding client issues, internal agency issues, changes in account status, etcRequirements
Bachelor's degree with 5-8 years' experience with general management responsibilities in the digital marketing and(or) technology industry in a high-paced, rapid growth environment. Desire to work in fast paced, high growth, startup environment. Managing multiple projects in a manner that focuses the team and drives results. Excellent people skills, with an ability to partner with a dynamic leadership team Knowledge of local media landscape and global digital trends to deliver integrated media solutionsBenefits
