Company Overview
Headquartered in Singapore, The EtonHouse International Education Group has 120 schools across 11 countries. We run pre-schools as well as K-12 international schools. Together, these schools provide internationally recognized programmes and high-quality education to over 20,000 students globally. The group also runs enrichment programmes and cutting-edge ed-tech programmes to scale the provision of high-quality education in pre-schools.
Over the last 28 years, EtonHouse has been at the forefront of international education in the Asia Pacific region and has won numerous awards. In 2019, our founder, Mrs. Ng Gim Choo won the EY Entrepreneur Of The Year Award in the Education category. In addition, EtonHouse was recently selected to be in the inaugural cohort of the Scale-Up SG programme, which is an Enterprise Singapore programme selecting high-growth potential local companies which can be groomed into future global champions.
With children at the heart of what we do and the vision to make good quality education accessible to every child in Singapore, EtonHouse launched the EtonHouse Community Fund (ECF) in 2015. As an independent IPC charity, ECF continuously runs initiatives to make a difference in the lives of vulnerable children.

Job Description
Reporting to the Senior Operations Manager, the Senior Operations Executive is an active member of the team who assists in providing support to the Schools, pertaining to school operations and administration. A key deliverable is the smooth and efficient running of the schools.
Job Role & Responsibilities
Involvement in the strategizing and execution of plans to run and improve the Schools to achieve their aims and objectives Work closely with the Principals, Teachers and staff to support the smooth running of the schools, particularly in handling non-routine incidents and matters Periodic visits and contact with the Schools to support and to update/share developments and suggested measures from Group HQ Manage feedback, requests and follow-up work from the Schools Coordinate process and/or physical improvement work in the Schools Coordinate and liaise with government agencies and other official stakeholders on School matters Collate and prepare reports on the management and performance of the Schools Executing existing/new projects to boost operations quality of all schools Analyse and work with departments and schools to consistently improve processes, systems, and operations to meet excellence service standards Engage in discussion with functional groups such as Pedagogy / Marketing / Branding / Finance / Facilities / HR / BD to optimise operations Audit use of space in preschools to ensure regulatory compliance Create and conduct operations-related training sessions Any other duties related to operations that may arise due to the needs of the company
Qualifications
Job Requirements
A Degree or post graduate diploma in Education, preferably in Early Childhood Education. At least 3 years of teaching experience and/or working experience in a school operational role. Passionate about early childhood education and believe in a non-structured approach to Early Childhood Education Ability to work independently and display initiative to solve problems Proficiency in English and Mandarin language is essential Carries resilience and creativity disposition Possess a collaborative attitude Possess integrity and discretion Be technologically literate
