About the Department
The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.
Job Responsibilities
• Process Customer and Account Data Maintenance request for Individual Customers
• Complete all data maintenance requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
• Handle enquiries/ escalation from local Branches, Business Units and Support/ Contact Centre
• Assist to prepare and submit management/ statistical reports
• Adhoc duties, as assigned
Job Requirements
• A recognized diploma
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Good computer and analytical skills
• Able to work independently and in a team
