Associate, Corporate Finance

Responsibilities
- Assist in managing day-to-day execution of Corporate Finance (CF) transactions such as IPO/RTOs, General Offers, Rights Issues, M&As and advisory - Carry out due diligence on CF transactions and the nature of due diligence spans across various areas such as financial, legal, regulatory and commercial - Assist in preparing for submissions to the relevant regulatory authorities - Conducts industry and company research - Performs financial analysis of companies and other valuation related work - Develops and prepares client presentation materials and reports - Interfaces with clients and other stakeholders - Manages transaction logistics with minimal supervision - Leads small group discussions for CF transactionsRequirements
- Tertiary qualification in Business/Finance/Accounting/Economics - Team player with strong interpersonal and project management skills - Demonstrates ability to juggle multiple transactions at any one time and deliver results under tight deadlines - Self-motivated, resilient, results driven and resourceful individual - Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English - Basic written and verbal proficiency in Chinese is preferred (essential for liaising with Mandarin speaking clients) - Mastery of accounting, investment and finance is preferred - Preferably with 1-2 years of CF or audit experienceWe have other current jobs related to this field that you can find below
