Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape the future of crypto trading: Lead the design of cryptocurrency spot and derivatives trading productsincluding order management, matching engine, and related modulesbringing them to life with innovative solutions.
  • Develop market-leading financial products: Design underlying asset schemes for cryptocurrency financial products, aligning with market demand and company strategy to create top-tier offerings.
  • Optimize for success: Define business metrics and track product performance through its lifecycle, identifying opportunities for optimization based on competitive landscape, market trends, and resource alignment.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Coordinate with teams across development, design, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth project delivery and maximize product impact. Be a key player in cross-department initiatives that drive company success.

What Were Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree or higher in product management, mathematics, computer science, or related fields.
  • 6+ years of experience in product management within the cryptocurrency or traditional financial industry, with a deep understanding of digital assets and financial markets.
  • Strong analytical skills and rigorous logical thinking, with a keen eye for user experience and product design.
  • Proven ability to coordinate resources and solve complex problems across different teams, demonstrating excellent teamwork and communication skills.
  • Experience understanding and making trade-offs related to engineering, design, and scheduling.
  • Proficiency in both English and Mandarin (spoken and written) to work effectively in our global environment.
