Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Product Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful digital products, experience with agile scrum delivery, and be well-versed in working with innovation teams. 

This team is created to facilitate healthcare innovation growth, enablement and introduce new ways of working, so that healthcare challenges can addressed rapidly in this fast paced era. 

The selected candidate will work with innovators, UX designers, strategists, design researchers.

This team is designed to be the first port of call for focused on using a design thinking, co-creation and rapid prototyping approach for IHIS to innovate and deliver practical and experience centric solutions for issues and challenges faced in the public healthcare system. 

Unlike many design teams, this team is adept at delivering end-to-end design outcomes - from gaining customer insights, to the capture of new business opportunities, and rapid iterations of market-launched products and services. Based in Singapore, you will work closely with the Catalyst/Innovation Lead as his/her right hand person in running the team for the Digital Factory. 

Role & Responsibilities

Leads project planning, execution, monitoring, and controlling for digital product development  Collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and manage project scope, timelines, and budgets Identifies and manages project risks and issues Manages and motivates project teams to deliver quality work on time and within budget Acts as the main point of contact for all stakeholders and communicates project status, progress, and issues effectively Identifies opportunities for product improvement and aligns the product with company strategy and goals Ensures digital product meets quality standards and is delivered on time and within budget Coaches the team in Agile Scrum values and principles Facilitates backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, iteration and sprint planning, sprint reviews, retrospectives & release planning Manages & actively resolves impediments in a timely manner, including impediments outside of the Scrum team Identifies team dependencies and actively plans to ensure they don’t negatively impact the performance of the Scrum team Builds a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised with an emphasis on problem solving Tracks and ruthlessly manages Scrum metrics to pro-actively course correct, capacity plan and ensure highest value items are delivered first  Ensures scaled Agile alignment by participating in Scrum of Scrum ceremonies Manages conflicts, challenges and dynamic business requirements to keep development, velocity & value delivered per Sprint at high levels Conducts post-mortem and root cause analysis to help teams continuously improve their practices to ensure maximum productivity Supports the education of Scrum practices across the organization and into other teams that can benefit from Scrum Understands and embeds DevOps practices Facilitates getting the work done without coercion, assigning or dictating work. 

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business administration, or a related field  5+ years of experience as a project manager, with a focus on digital product development  Proven experience in delivering successful digital products using agile scrum delivery methodologies  Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills  Experience working with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and testers  Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively  Experience working with innovation teams and developing innovative solutions to complex problems  Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment  Familiarity with project management software, such as Jira, Asana, or Trello
