Job Description
Provide support to the commercial team in special projects, such as preparing presentations, coordinating events, etc. Organize and coordinate Sales, Marketing, Distribution & Loyalty (SMDL)-related meetings Travel arrangements for the team Ensure that all database and records (contacts distribution list, SOP, etc.) are maintained and updated in a timely manner Manage Purchase Orders (PO) and track the team’s costs and expenses Manage and distribute communications (memos and announcements) to hotels and relevant stakeholders
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality industry Strong working knowledge of MS Office suite Strong interpersonal and communication skills Meticulous with an eye for details Collaborative and service-oriented Ability to work independently and in a team Ability to embrace and respond effectively to changes in a fast-paced environment
