The Job
Your responsibilities will include:
- Attend to the walk in / call In customers.
- Customers Oriented.
- Approachable to customers.
- Understanding of POS System (Not Necessary as inhouse training will be given)
The Profile
- You have at least 1 year experience within a Customer Service or Receptionist role, ideally within the SPA & Wellness, Hospitality, Leisure, Travel industry.
- Min N/ O/ ITE/ Diploma. All are welcome to apply.
- You have working knowledge of business support and customer service officer
- You are a strong team player who can manage multiple stakeholders
