- Provide secretarial and administrative support, ensuring efficient document organization and filing using the company’s internal platform.
- Draft, proofread, and prepare agreements, contracts, letters, and other documents to uphold accuracy and company standards.
- Prepare reports, draft documents, create PowerPoint presentations (for business meetings, etc.), conduct research, compile information, and generate detailed reports like Excel spreadsheets to support projects and presentations.
- Perform general secretarial duties including monitoring invoice payments, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.
Requirements
- Diploma holder with minimum 2-3 years of similar working experience as secretary or admin personnel in related function.
- Good proficiency in legal documentation (contracts/agreements) and Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Comfortable with dynamic environments, adept at multitasking with a can-do attitude, and open to working overtime when necessary.
- Good interpersonal skills with excellent command of English (written & spoken).
- Comfortable working independently as well as a team member.
