  • Prepare reports, draft documents, create PowerPoint presentations (for business meetings, etc.), conduct research, compile information, and generate detailed reports like Excel spreadsheets to support projects and presentations.
  • Perform general secretarial duties including monitoring invoice payments, maintaining files, scheduling appointments, and handling correspondence.

Requirements

  • Diploma holder with minimum 2-3 years of similar working experience as secretary or admin personnel in related function.
  • Good proficiency in legal documentation (contracts/agreements) and Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
  • Comfortable with dynamic environments, adept at multitasking with a can-do attitude, and open to working overtime when necessary.
  • Good interpersonal skills with excellent command of English (written & spoken).
  • Comfortable working independently as well as a team member.
