THE ROLE

Based in the Singapore, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts within the Capital Markets vertical, covering the APAC region (Singapore, Hong Kong & Australia), with a focus on new logos. You will be an individual contributor with support from a team of experienced colleagues. You will apply a high level of strategic thinking and experience of the sector, in engaging with senior-level (C-Suite) stakeholders. You are comfortable managing sales at an enterprise level and demonstrate the gravitas, knowledge, and ability, to represent Xceptor at the highest level.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Manage a portfolio of key client accounts in the APAC region Deliver an annual revenue target, through new business and upsells. Oversee all aspects of the sales process, including identification of client solutions, relationship management, product demonstrations/workshops, and contract negotiation.  Develop relationships with decision-influencing senior executives within prospect organizations.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & COMPETENCIES

Fluent in English Ideally, previous experience of successfully selling SaaS and post trade solutions to banks within the APAC region. Experience in identifying, managing, and developing large key accounts. A track record including significant sales of technology-based solutions, to clients in the Capital Markets sector, with a focus on post-trade process automation. Solutions-driven with a proven record of achieving/exceeding annual quota targets. High level of gravitas, with experience in engaging with senior-level stakeholders. Highly competent in delivering product presentations, managing client workshops, and creating use cases. Excellent client-facing, communication, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to think analytically and creatively to develop solutions that meet the needs.
