Lendlease Singapore is currently searching for a Leasing Executive to join the Asset Operations team responsible for leasing in retail and office space for Parkway Parade.

The candidate must possess a valid estate agent licence by CEA (Council for Estate Agencies) or academic qualifications deemed to be equivalent to a pass in the required examinations by CEA.

Whilst you maintain and build strong relationships with existing tenants in Parkway Para and prospective tenants, you will be responsible for, but limited to;

To work with the Leasing Director and Senior Leasing Manager to ensure that the retail mall is fully leased Ensure right tenant mixManaging monthly leasing reports and tenants' performance reportsBuilding strong relationships with retail and F&B tenants and being aware of their expansion plans and brand portfolio in SingaporeBe aware of general commercial real estate market trendsWork with Leasing Director and Senior Leasing Manager to ensure that lease administration matters are in orderUsage of lease and budget management systems

Ideally you will have, however it is not essential;

A relevant degree holder with some experience in retail leasing in SingaporeGood knowledge of commercial/retail leasing, market movements and real estate development plans in Singapore.Potential industry contactsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently in a fast-paced environmentResourceful, hands on and good team player with a high level of initiative
