Position Overview

As a Leasing Executive at Ascendas Services Pte Ltd, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our property portfolio and enhancing tenant satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a strategic tenancy mix for our properties, collaborating with Asset Managers to maximize occupancy and revenue.
  • Create and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential tenants.
  • Identify and engage prospective tenants, conducting property viewings and managing follow-up communications.
  • Lead negotiations for new leases, renewals, expansions, and consolidations across assigned properties.
  • Explore new business opportunities and promote additional services to clients and their partners.
  • Establish and nurture positive landlord-tenant relationships.
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to prepare insightful market reports.
  • Build and maintain a network of contacts with tenants and agents, facilitating sales calls and converting leads into successful deals.
  • Regularly forecast revenue through thorough portfolio and lease evaluations.
  • Understand asset profitability and contribute to strategies aimed at enhancing it while meeting tenant needs.
  • Act as a brand ambassador to elevate brand recognition and value.

Essential Skills:

Effective Communication: You must possess the ability to articulate ideas clearly, both verbally and in writing. Your role will involve interacting with a diverse tenant base, making strong communication and presentation skills essential.

Resilience: The leasing environment can be dynamic and fast-paced. A positive mindset and proactive approach are necessary to meet revenue and occupancy goals. You should be adept at identifying potential risks early and addressing them effectively.

Collaborative Team Player: You should enjoy enhancing team outcomes and work well with colleagues across various roles and locations. Your creativity and enthusiasm will contribute positively to the team's atmosphere.

Qualifications:

  • A degree in Real Estate or a Diploma in Real Estate, Building & Property Management is preferred.
  • Entry-level candidates may be considered for contract roles. Candidates registered as real estate salespersons with the relevant authorities are encouraged to apply.
