We are currently seeking a Business Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience for our esteemed client, Amaris Consulting. This is an Undetermined Duration Contract position based in the vibrant city of Singapore.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to understand business objectives and identify potential improvements in business operations and processes.

  • Analyze complex data sets to draw insights and support decision making.

  • Create detailed business analysis documents, outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions for the organization's business domain.

  • Conduct impact analysis on proposed changes and advise stakeholders on optimum implementation strategies.

  • Coordinate with IT teams to ensure that designed solutions meet both user requirements and technical constraints.

  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, advancements in technology, methodologies, best practices etc., relevant to the role of a Business Analyst within the consulting field.

  • Foster strong relationships through effective communication with internal teams as well as external partners or clients when necessary.

About You

  • You have between 2-6 years' experience working as a Business Analyst or similar role within IT/Consulting sector.

  • You have some experience working within financial institutions (preferably).

  • You possess excellent problem-solving skills; able to analyze complex data sets efficiently.

  • Your written & verbal communication skills are top-notch; you can articulate complex ideas clearly & effectively.

  • You're adept at managing multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention-to-detail.

  • You have a proven track record of working effectively in cross-functional teams.

  • Your ability to influence and negotiate with stakeholders at all levels is commendable.

  • You're comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments where adaptability is key.
