Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze, design, and implement SAP solutions to optimize Lead-to-Cash processes.
  • Identify opportunities for automation and efficiency improvements in order management, pricing, billing, and revenue recognition.
  • Drive process harmonization and standardization across regions for global template design and roll-out.
  • Configure SAP modules related to Sales and Distribution (SD), Pricing, Billing, and Revenue Accounting.
  • Lead customization efforts to address unique business requirements and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules and external systems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Finance, Logistics, and IT to ensure SAP solutions align with organizational goals.
  • Develop and deliver training programs for users to ensure proper utilization of SAP Lead-to-Cash functionalities.
  • Stay informed about SAP best practices, industry trends, and emerging technologies to recommend and implement continuous improvements.

Requirements:

  • Extensive experience in SAP implementation projects with a focus on Lead-to-Cash processes.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP modules, including SD, Pricing, Billing, and Revenue Accounting.
  • Proven experience across industries and sectors like Manufacturing, Consumer Products & Retail, Services, and Telecom.
  • Expertise in overseeing end-to-end business processes related to order management, billing, revenue recognition, trade promotion, and customer experience.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing SAP modules to meet specific customer needs.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Strong skills in developing and delivering training programs and creating comprehensive documentation.
  • Proactive in recommending and implementing continuous improvements and staying informed about SAP best practices and industry trends.
