We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional Human Resources Intern to join our dynamic HR team. This role will focus on supporting recruitment initiatives and enhancing HR projects related to employee relations, training, policy improvement, and more. The ideal candidate will be a proactive thinker with a strong ability to solve problems and think critically, aimed at developing their HR skills in a practical, hands-on environment.

Key elements of the role will include but are not limited to:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases.
  • Support HR projects related to employee relations by gathering employee feedback, participating in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, and assisting with conflict resolution procedures.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs; coordinate logistics and materials for training sessions.
  • Help improve HR policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and reflective of best practices and legal requirements.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate HR records and documentation in compliance with legal requirements.
  • Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed, including preparing reports and presentations for internal use.
  • Engage in problem-solving and critical thinking to address HR issues and streamline processes.
  • Participate in special projects and tasks as directed by the HR Manager or other senior HR staff.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization.
  • Creative thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and comfortable with data analysis and reporting.
