Assist in program planning, execution, and monitoring. Data collection and perform statistical analyses Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met. Create and maintain project documentation using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Support Agile methodologies by tracking tasks, sprint planning, and backlog management. Utilize Jira and Confluence for project tracking and documentation. Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for program stakeholders. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and training sessions. Assist in the development and maintenance of databases and data systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science or Diploma holder with 2-3 years of work experiences in Data Analysis Proficiency in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Power Query, Pivot Tables, Access Proficiency in Dashboard/ data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar. Basic understanding of program management principles. Familiarity with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Confluence. Excellent communication and organizational skills, English proficiency is a must. Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Agile methodologies  Certification in Program/Project Management
