Support Engineer

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support for audio technologies and systems to clients.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to audio equipment and software.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement audio solutions for clients.
- Conduct product demonstrations and trainings for clients on the usage and maintenance of audio technologies.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of audio systems.
- Maintain customer relationships and provide excellent customer service.
Requirements
- Degree in Audio Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering or related field.
- Prior experience in technical support for audio technologies.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of audio equipment, systems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
