Senior Principle Analyst, Operations Strategic Development

The role will be part of the Global Operations Strategic Development team to lead and deliver our major global strategic operations projects. The role will lead major global strategic operations projects, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and build operational excellence using customer-focused, inclusive approaches.
What you will do
Steering of Operations Project Activities: Overall management of operations projects to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to quality standardsActively engaged in promoting project-end-process efficiencyPromote teamwork and avoid silos practices Deploy project methodology to manage activities such as: Build business case and conduct economic analysisDevelop project budgetLiaise with external suppliers/customers as needed; Form project team & align with measure owner; Develop detailed project plansEnsure resource availability & allocationAssess risks and develop mitigation plansFollow up on project benefits and financialsKeep project team, measure owner, and stakeholders updated through regular communications Promote the use of PMP and continuously work on improving itShare experiences across the PM network and proactively work to synergize with other projectsCultivate project ideas and influence stakeholders to formulate projectsWhat you bring
Experience
Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a related fieldGood project management skills and familiarity with the use of Project Management MethodologiesPossess team management experience in both resource management and asset managementGood understanding of SCM framework and Operations structureBackground in electronics manufacturing / medical device/technology industry will be an advantageGood presentation and communication skills in both preparation and deliveryWilling to travel and work in other countries for an extended length of time
