ResponsibilitiesExplore and experiment the new technology capabilities (e.g. GEN AI) to drive better customer experiences and employee productivityCollaborate with channel product team/users to identify potential use casesTo gather functional and non-functional requirements, review, analyse and document user stories.Streamline and prioritise user stories for each sprintConduct POC, define scope, success metrics, solutions for different iterations and enable data instrumentations.
Drive new transformational features delivery (e.g. coordinate and ensures UAT test plans and test case are executed within UAT schedule, fine-tune solutions as necessary) and facilitate rollout to subsequent marketsMonitor post go-live results to develop action plans for future iterationsWork closely with regional and location teams to ensure timely delivery of project and benefit realizationRequirementsBachelor's degree (or equivalent) in business administration, economics, finance or related fieldExperience working in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning and/or Financial Services Industry in Consumer Banking Operation, preferably in a business analyst or related roleDetail oriented with strong analytical and communication skillsWork with cross-functional teams and able to execute well in a fast-paced and agile environmentStrong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365Prior experience in agile delivery method is an advantageHands-on team player who possesses a can-do attitude and innovative mindset
