Senior Financial Analyst

What you'll do:
Reporting to the APAC Finance Director, the Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A) will be working closely with a cross-functional team in providing key analytics to support data-driven decision making. You will act as principal analyst for target setting, financial models, budgets, and forecasts for new initiatives, keeping a rolling forecast and ensuring alignment and adherence to regional and global long-term priorities.
Analyze key operational and financial metrics on a timely basis to facilitate data-driven decision making, proactively stress-testing plans for multiple scenarios. Provide regular updates on key metrics and risks and opportunities to business and management Lead coordination, consolidation, and analysis of weekly regional Gross Margin, with focus on insights for action Develop expertise on the end-to-end flow of information from trading system to financial, from actuals to reporting and planning systems to be able to develop analytical models to influence the business Partner with market and global stakeholders to create annual budget and forecasts to deliver business objectives, competitive landscape, long-term strategic goals, and key metric thresholds. Carry out studies and ad hoc business performance analysis and summary notes according to business priorities and leadership requests. Anticipate needs from the team and identify opportunities to create value and streamline processes and systems. Partner with Group FP&A Team to drive process standardization and system improvement projects Provide senior leaders leverage in decision making by assisting with information gathering, being a connector between different parties, monitoring plans, keeping track of responsibilities, and so onWho you are:
Degree in Business, Finance, or related field and at least 8 years' experience in business analysis and controlling Demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment with a proven track record for delivering results on cross-functional initiatives Hands-on, resourceful, go-getter attitude, curious and ready to dive deep into the business Able to work independently in a fast-paced business environment and complex organization Track record of dealing with ambiguity and complexity, thinking creatively and getting up to speed and adding immediate value to new situations-
