From strategic marketing and financial management to human resources and operational oversight, you'll have the opportunity to optimize processes and implement game-changing policies. **Position Purpose**: In order to support to support this exciting growth in the business in Asia, the Compliance department of the Singapore office is seeking to hire entry-level persons to fill the role to support the onboarding of customers in Asia. **Responsibilities** **Primary duties will include**: - Ensuring that the onboarding process conforms with published procedures and checklists. - Follow-up with sales teams, regulatory compliance teams and management for completion of the onboarding process including maintenance requests. - Conduct ongoing screening and maintenance of accounts opened to ensure records are maintained accurately. - Respond to queries for data reporting and ongoing monitoring reviews. **Qualifications** **To land this role you will need**: - Ability to work independently and also within a team. - Keen attention to detail. - Willingness to work under tight deadlines. - Good work ethic with a desire to develop a career in compliance. - Willingness to learn as complete training will be provided. **Education / Certification Requirements**: - "A" Levels, ITE or Diploma or equivalent with competency in spoken and written English. - Working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook/Word/Excel Skills Job ID 11478
