Passion for real estate
Do you live and breathe real estate and have a passion for retail?

For Tenant Representation work, upon understanding the client's real estate needs, you will assist the Senior Director to strategize and source for suitable options and arrange site inspections. You will assist to analyse the pros and cons of respective options, advise the best negotiation strategies and seeing those strategies through. Working closely with our other departments (such as Research), you will assist to put together market analysis for prospective clients.

For Landlord Representation work, you will support the Senior Director in providing the regular client reporting needs and in identifying and cold calling suitable prospects for the projects and pitches where applicable.

Are you confident in your negotiation skills? You will need to perform financial analysis and conduct due diligence in order to convince your prospects of your case. Your advice can help them to make a decision between options they choose eventually. Such decisions will shape the real estate footprint and potential business sustainability of our prospects.
