A) JOB DESCRIPTION Conceptualise, plan and organize social and recreational activities for club members/guests. Preparation of events logistics and operations. Assist in membership’s sales and promotion including roadshows etc., Prepare post-event reports and feedback To assist in annual budget plans To promote activities through social media platforms and design publicity materials to increase level of participation. To solicit for merchant partnerships and support the Business Development Department and Membership Department. To work hand-in-hand with the Operations teams to ensure that function rooms are fully set-up according to the event order. Assist with logistics, office and store management on a monthly basis, including the procurement process. Assist with the training and supervision of other team members where required for the events Any other duties as assigned by supervisor Job Requirements: Min GCE ‘O’ level At least 2-3 years in corporate planning, projects & events management experience, preferably in hotels /clubs Ability to multi-tasks with self-driven attitude Strong diplomacy and excellent communications skills Highly proficient in Ms Office, Adobe Illustrator and canvas is essential Excellent verbal and writing skill Fluent in English and Mandarin Outdoor/large-scale events experience an advantage Proven track record in creating and delivering successful events
