As we scale, we're looking for a dependable and execution-focused Finance & Operations Manager to take ownership of our internal operations, financial management, and business infrastructure. You will also work directly with the founders to implement AI-powered tools that automate financial, compliance, and operations workflows — making you both a systems builder and a future leader.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Finance & Accounting**
- Manage bookkeeping, invoicing, vendor payments, and payroll operations
- Track and report on cash flow, budgeting, and monthly financial metrics
- Liaise with external accountants for tax filings, financial statements, and audits
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (IRAS, ACRA, CPF, etc.)

**Operations**
- Develop and maintain internal workflows for procurement, expenses, leave policies, and documentation
- Oversee vendor and partner contracts, e-signatures, and digital recordkeeping
- Support team scheduling, onboarding, and internal coordination
- Implement AI-enabled tools to streamline workflows, automate processes, and drive operational efficiency
- Provide regular updates and reporting to leadership on key operational metrics

**Admin & Compliance**
- Maintain company documents, license renewals, and statutory filings (e.g., Bizfile)
- Keep internal policies up-to-date and well-structured
- Coordinate with legal, finance, and tech teams to ensure business integrity

**Who You Are**:

- 3+ years of experience in finance, operations, or administration, ideally in a startup or SME environment
- Strong knowledge of Singapore’s financial, tax, and regulatory frameworks
- Proficient with tools like Xero and Google Workspace
- Interested in (or experienced with) using AI to enhance business operations
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced setting
