Key Responsibilities

As an Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our order fulfillment process, focusing on:

- **Factory Liaison**: Serve as the primary point of contact with our factory and production team, clearly communicating customer needs, order volumes, and quality standards.
- **Order Management & Follow-up**: Meticulously track and manage all customer orders from pickup through to delivery, ensuring timely processing at every stage (washing, pressing, packing, etc.).
- **Quality Control & Compliance**: Regularly check in on orders to ensure they meet our strict quality standards before they are dispatched.
- **Issue Resolution**: Proactively identify and resolve any operational bottlenecks or issues that may arise in the production or logistics chain.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate and detailed records of all order statuses, production schedules, and delivery logs.

- **Meticulousness and Attention to Detail (CRITICAL)**: You must possess an exceptional level of detail-orientation. Nothing gets past you—you ensure every garment is accounted for and every instruction is followed perfectly.
- **Strong Interpersonal Skills**: A friendly, professional, and positive **attitude** is a must. You will be interacting with both factory staff and management, requiring clear, respectful, and effective communication.
- **Excellent Organizational Skills**: Proven ability to multitask, prioritize orders, and manage a fast-paced workflow efficiently.
- **Problem-Solving Aptitude**: The ability to think quickly and logically under pressure to find practical solutions.

Qualifications & Benefits
- **Experience**: Previous experience in operations, logistics, or a coordinator role is a plus, but not strictly required.
- **Education**: Minimum GCE 'O' Level or above.
- **Training**:Full, comprehensive training will be provided** to equip you with all the knowledge needed about laundry processes, factory workflows, and our proprietary systems.

Pay: $1,974.58 - $4,881.01 per month
