**About Our Client**:
The company's line of business includes the wholesale distribution of computers, equipment, and software.
- Develop and review policies and procedures to continually improve efficiency of the HR department
- Design, implement and review performance appraisal scheme to support compensation, promotions, training and career development decisions
- Handle compensation and benefits functions including payroll, Income Tax, CPF, group insurance matters in a timely and accurate manner
- Provide professional level of guidance and HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and welfare benefit, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
- Ensure legal compliance of regulations and applicable employment laws, and update policies and/or procedures as required
- Administer and maintain accurate personnel database, and any other related information within the internal HR system
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**The Successful Applicant**:

- About 5 years of related background in HR function
- Basic understanding of Employment law for Singapore & Korea (client has an office in Korea and part of the job scope is to manage the full HR spectrum for Korea operation)
- Requires to communicate frequently with Korea local stakeholders that cannot communicate in other languages; requires Korean communication skills
- Resourceful, problem-solving attitude and thorough knowledge of HR procedures and policies
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office, SAP/ERP
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
