Provide general administrative and clerical support
- Assistance in managing a full spectrum HR function including payroll processing
- Coordinate and manage foreign workers’ dormitory matter
- Maintain employee records within the system, and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date
- Assistance in preparation of tender documents
- Update & keep track of daily workforce
- Adjusting of HR system Time sheet
- Maintain good documentation and filing system
- Able to liaise with foreign supervisor/workers
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**
- Knowledge of Employment Act.
- Able to perform payroll calculation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
- Knowledge in payroll software (QUICK HR) will be advantageous.
- Min 1 years working experience preferred for this position.
- Responsible, meticulous and able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines
- Experience in the construction industry will be an advantage.
- Good working attitude and communication skills.
- Able to handle stress and accept multi-tasking and general administrative roles
- Be able to work independently and at the same time possess good team spirit
