**Job description**:
- General administration support to Site Operations team including sourcing for supplier’s quotation, preparation of purchase order, follow up on delivery, preparation of permit for work, catalogue, material list for submission, etc.
- Project documentation & filing management.
- Other administrative duties.
**Job Requirements**
- Certificate, O level or Diploma Holders
- Good communication and writing skills
- Outgoing with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Able to work independently and is a team player.
- Able to commence work in a short notice period.
- Minimum 1 year experience in Construction Industries
**Job Type**: Permanent
**Salary**: $1,500.00 - $3,000.00 per month
