Senior Sales Manager

**Responsibilities**:
1. Trainee will be able to build up a pipeline of clients via methods such as cold calling, canvasing and referrals
2. Trainee will be able to manage past clients ensuring clients are satisfied with service thus ensuring clients will come back to us when service is required
3. Trainee will be able to manage post sale process, ensuring the whole process is smooth for clients
4. Trainee will be able to use knowledge attained in the past 3 months, working with our product to answer any queries clients may have about our services/products Trainee will be able to handlle any customer grievences
5. Trainee will be expected to manage a sales team which will encompass duties such as reporting sales figures to the director, handling any grievances employees may have and equipment sales personnel with necessary skills to be independant
