 
						Regional Business Development Director

The Regional Business Development Director is responsible to plan, develop and implement commercial strategies based on the company business targets and objectives with the main goal of supporting and accelerating growth. He or she is expected to develop and drive cross-functional and cross-divisional strategic supply chain initiative in DSV to meet customer demand. This role will provide leadership in delivering high level of service and implement various initiatives to drive continuous improvement in operation.
- Develop, plan and implement commercial plans and strategies
- Establish the footprint, organization structure and team to deliver this strategy, ensuring that best practices are implemented and that the team has market leading skills
- Always strive to accelerate and encourage company's growth and success
- Enable collaboration with other commercial and functional teams in a matrix structure to drive a consistent customer experience across DSV
- Perform market research and analyze threats and opportunities
- Manage existing client relationships
- Collaborate with, coordinate and train diverse teams such as marketing and sales
- Establish and manage long-term relationship with stakeholders
- Track, measure and analyze commercial metrics
- Manage and track expenditures, financial goals and budgets
- Previous working experience in the logistics line for at least 10 years
- Well versed and knowledgeable in Fairs & Events
- Experience from strategic consulting, and/or business development is an advantage
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis and metrics
- Hands on experience in creating reporting and managing budgets
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Superior communication skills to effectively communicate complex information, including business case development
- Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
