**About the role
In this market-facing Senior Architect position, you will be working in close partnership with our Principals and team members.

This is a great opportunity to join a multi-disciplinary team working on a range of high profile local, regional and global projects.

Within the studio, you will actively contribute to the design culture at Hassell. Motivating and mentoring the next generation of designers, you will steward Hassell’s client focussed collaborative design processes to achieve design excellence to provide leadership, direction and knowledge input for the design and delivery of projects and managing project deliverables, programs and deadlines and developing the capability of the team. You will also have the opportunity to join our global Communities and Workgroups to develop deeper sectoral expertise and expand your professional network.

**About you
We are looking for an energetic and passionate registered architect who thrives in collaborative multi-disciplinary environments. We would expect you to be highly organised, strongly self-motivated and tenacious, and bring the following to this role:

- A minimum of 7 years’ post-graduation experience with a focus on Commercial Workplace, Mixed-use, Hospitality or Life Science projects.
- Registration with the Singapore Board of Architects, and proven conversance with Singapore codes and regulatory frameworks.
- An ability to manage multiple teams and inspire design excellence across all projects in a Team Leader Role, reporting to the Principal in Charge / Director
- Strong coordination and interpersonal skills collaborating with clients, consultants and stakeholders to design, document and deliver architecture projects
- Proven experience in directing a design team through design documentation and - leading package documentation, technical drawing and writing specifications
- Ability to develop design narrative and solutions that embody the Hassell design philosophy and value proposition.

**Preferred **_
- An excellent working knowledge of Revit and Adobe Suite
- Site experience with contract administration experience
- Commercial awareness in the management of finances, resources, and personnel at a senior level
- Relevant experience briefing and operating as the key project stakeholder liaison
- Willingness and interest in leading and mentoring our emerging designers in design, industry and technical issues
- Right to work in Singapore
