**Job Summary:
We are seeking experienced architects to join our team. As an experienced Architect, you will be responsible for supporting Senior Architect in taking on design and project management responsibilities for smaller projects. This position requires strong leadership skills, effective communication, and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Support senior architect and take on design and project management responsibilities for smaller projects
- Collaborate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Communicate project progress and status to stakeholders and team members
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members
- Conduct research and analysis to inform design decisions

**Job Requirements**:

- Tertiary qualifications or equivalent academic qualifications in architecture
- Minimum 5 years of experience for Architect position
- Experience in design or project management of large-scale complex projects (SGD $50 million and above)
- Familiarity with Public Projects (PSSCOC) protocol of project management
- Experience in healthcare projects highly preferred
- Knowledge of local building codes and regulations
- Strong leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Self-driven with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
