**Responsibilities**
- Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department
- Own customer relationships from implementation onboarding to continuous product adoption across multiple departments, stakeholders, and business users (including first-line technical support).
- Create, identify and qualify selling opportunities by maintaining regular contact with customers.
- Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner
- Maintaining relationships with profitable customers
- Making weekly and monthly reports and surveys
- Staying current on the latest industry trends and techniques

- Min Diploma or equivalent with 5 years of relevant customer management experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to articulate and write fluently in English.
- Ability to prioritize assignments with good time management skills.
- Able to meet deadlines through good time management and allocation of priorities.
- Meticulous and proactive team player with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Experienced people’s manager with proven ability to encourage high levels of performance & cohesiveness within the team.
