**_Job Scope: _**
- Execution of all structural designs in accordance with project requirements, Web Structures’ standards and all other relevant standard and requirements.
- Adherence to and implementation of Web Structures’ IMS and procedures applicable to Project Associate.
- Filling in “Project I.D.” forms and keeping these forms up-to
- date.
- Drawing up overall and specific stage programme for Web Structures’ works in line with “Project Schedule” agreed.
- Delegation of works to supporting staff and supervision of their works.
- Liaison with Project Consultants and other external bodies as may be necessary for the progress of works.
- Calling for and/or attending Project Review Sessions.
- Preparation of relevant reports and specifications in line with an agreed Project Programme.
- Organising production and issue of Web Structures’ drawings in line with an agreed Project Programme.
- Analysis of the works scope and reporting to Project Director.
- Production of Structural Engineering calculations, Structural drawings, specifications and reports, presentations in accordance with project requirements for submission to external bodies for comments/approval as may be necessary, with available computer
- aided software.
- Keeping Project Director / Project team informed of project progress, supervision of closure of the project on receipt of TOP, CSC and receipt of final payment.
- Render assistance or ad-hoc tasks as and when needed within the competency.

**_Minimum Requirements: _**
- Minimum 15 years’ experience in structural design;
- Master’s Degree in Civil Engineering;
- Registration with Singapore Professional Engineering Board (PEB) is highly preferable;
- Excellent knowledge of local authorities’ requirements and Eurocode;
- Excellent communications skills, both oral and writing;
- Proved experience in leading large-scale projects, managing design teams, and coordinating resource planning for projects;
- Strong understanding of site management, as well as contract management via PSSCOC;
- Experience in Infrastructure projects is preferable;
